# **Financial Consultant & Insurance Broker** 薪资面议信息概要职业分类:办公文员招聘人数:2上班日期:待定职位概况:办公文员 - 全职/兼职 - 长期工 - 白班/中班雇主描述:North American financial services co工作地点:北约克语言要求:无要求补充信息:无要求联系人:Kate详细介绍About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Consultant & Insurance Broker to join our growing team.In this role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners understand their financial and insurance needs and provide suitable solutions based on their goals, financial circumstances, and risk considerations.The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with clients while providing professional advice on life insurance, critical illness insurance, disability coverage, retirement planning, investments, and other financial solutions within the scope of their licensing and qualifications.Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, insurance needs, and personal circumstances.- Conduct client needs assessments and identify appropriate financial and insurance solutions.- Explain insurance products, policy features, benefits, exclusions, costs, and obligations clearly to clients.- Provide advice and recommendations in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.Prepare insurance applications, financial documentation, and client records accurately.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.- Follow up with existing clients regarding policy reviews, renewals, changes in circumstances, and additional financial needs.- Identify opportunities to assist clients with retirement, savings, investment, and protection planning.- Generate new business through referrals, networking, community activities,



and other approved business-development methods.- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.Stay current with product knowledge, industry developments, compliance requirements, and continuing education.Qualifications- Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification and/or applicable provincial insurance license is preferred.
