As part of the LG team at the Canadian Head Office, you will play an instrumental role in supporting Authorized Service Providers by providing top-notch technical assistance. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service calls from providers nationwide
• Resolve technical issues effectively in the field
• Approve and review Return Authorization requests




• Document field issues for quality assessment
• Develop training resources for service staff

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HVAC experience required
• Refrigeration License 313D or G2 License preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or Skilled Trade Certificate
• Clean driver’s license and abstract necessary
