Be an essential part of economic growth as the Economic Development Coordinator with the Town of Collingwood. This role is focused on planning and execution of community programs.

You will report directly to the Manager and collaborate with various community stakeholders to implement critical economic development strategies. This includes conducting research to assess community needs and providing strategic support to businesses. Effective communication and organizational skills will be vital as you navigate this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement economic strategies for business growth
• Research local economic conditions and opportunities
• Meet with local business stakeholders for insights




• Maintain organized administrative records for the division
• Support compliance regarding information privacy requirements

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in similar roles
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s License
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
