Job Description
As part of a Brokerage Modernization initiative, we are seeking a Guidewire Solution Analyst to add capacity to one of the development teams. The successful candidate will also assume a team facilitator (servant leader) role within the team.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Guidewire and its ecosystem

Experience in solution analysis and bridging business needs with technology solutions

Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance and the brokerage domain

Experience facilitating workshops, decision‑making sessions, and stakeholder alignment





Understanding of application architectures, integrations, and data flows

Ability to identify solution risks, dependencies, and impacts

Strong communication, summarization, and problem‑solving skills

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and lead

Important Note: Although the title includes "Scrum Master," the primary focus of this role is Guidewire Solution Analysis, with team facilitation responsibilities serving as a complementary function.
