Your role will involve guiding continuous improvement initiatives across welding, CNC, and stamping processes, ensuring that manufacturing operations are efficient and effective. Through interaction with multiple departments, you will drive solutions and manage quality assurance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering changes and project management activities
• Lead efficiency studies through motion analysis




• Prepare engineering documentation and project reports

• Facilitate PLC programming for automated systems

Requirements:
• Engineering qualification in relevant fields
• 5 years minimum in automotive manufacturing
• Experience with CAD tools necessary
