You’ll work on impactful projects and turn ideas into reality while enjoying growth opportunities, teamwork, and a balanced work-life.As strategic, creative, and agile partners and storytellers, the Communications team develops, implements, and executes internal and external communications activities that proactively:contribute to the business’ success;engage and connect employees;strengthen the reputation of CAE and its brand; andpropel our high-tech evolution.DescriptionAs part of the Communications team, you will support a variety of communications, employee engagement, and event initiatives that help connect employees across the organization, while supporting Health & Safety initiatives and advancing key business priorities.Employee Engagement & EventsPlan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of varying scale, including large, complex events involving multiple stakeholdersCoordinate event logistics, timelines, suppliers, registrations, budgets,



and in office support to ensure a seamless employee experienceHealth & Safety CommunicationsSupport the Health & Safety organization in the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies, campaigns, and employee engagement initiativesCoordinate global Health & Safety communications projects and awareness campaigns across multiple channelsDraft, edit, and coordinate communications materials, including leadership messages, campaign content, presentations, talking points, articles, and digital contentCollaborate with Health & Safety stakeholders to promote key initiatives, reinforce safety culture, and support organizational objectivesMinimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event planning or related disciplineBilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skillsExperience in communications planning and project managementExperience developing and executing communication plans and campaignsExperience supporting corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or large-scale projectsPreferred QualificationsExperience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines,
