As we continue to grow, we are looking for a General Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent chance for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contributing to business performance through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will:
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts

Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidations, and variance analyses

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Perform margin, cost, cash flow, and financial performance analysis

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

Process payroll, commissions, bonuses, and royalty calculations

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and bank covenant reporting

Support GST/HST, PST, QST, U.S. sales tax, and other regulatory filings

Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies





Provide financial support to bidding, contracts, insurance, and operational teams

Assist with ERP system maintenance and finance process improvements

What You'll Bring

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis

Experience with ERP systems (Epicor is an asset)

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
