THE ROLE

Financial Planning & Performance Manager is key business partner to the TMICC Canada Cross-Functional and Leadership Teams, playing a central role in shaping commercial decisions, growth strategies and overall business performance.

This role brings together financial planning and analysis, performance management, customer profitability and strategic business partnering, providing unique visibility across Sales, Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning and Finance. You will partner with business leaders to translate financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insights, identify opportunities for profitable growth and cost optimization, and help drive performance and accountability across the business.

You will lead the monthly forecasting cycle and annual planning process, while owning the tools, analytics and reporting that underpin business performance and decision-making. The role also plays an important part in ensuring strong financial health, accurate reporting and adherence to relevant financial guidelines and controls.

Beyond the core planning and performance agenda, you will have the opportunity to shape how Finance works in the future, leading improvements in TMICC Canada’s planning, reporting and performance-management capabilities through automation, AI-enabled solutions and continuous improvement.

influence key decisions and help turn complex data into the insights and actions that drive TMICC Canada’s growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead and develop WL1 Finance Analyst, setting clear priorities and providing coaching.
- Lead retailer prospect assessments & recommendations to support commercial negotiations, customer investment decisions, pricing & promotional strategies and profit initiatives.
- Lead the monthly forecast cycle and communication of key drivers, risks, opportunities and actions through the monthly S&OP; and leadership review process.
- Lead the annual business planning cycle and multi-year planning process, translating customer/category growth drivers and cost assumptions into an integrated financial plan.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning and Leadership teams to evaluate business performance and identify actions that improve revenue growth, operating profit and cash delivery.
- Own and continuously improve Canada business performance tools and reporting, including the SKU/Customer profitability tool, KPI scorecards, business performance reports and supporting data controls.
- Maintain strong financial governance and data integrity across reporting tools.
- Leverage AI tools for automation and continuous process improvement & simplification across planning, reporting and analytics.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has minimum 7+yrs experience in finance business partnering, FP&A;, demand finance, commercial finance or business performance, ideally in a consumer goods.
- Brings strong skills in forecasting, financial modelling, performance analytics, planning and reporting systems, and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
- Values collaboration, transparency, and a team-first approach to delivering results.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $98,200 to $147,200.

The Magnum Ice Cream

Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
