• Create and update knowledge base content regularly
• Implement content governance and accuracy review processes
• Respond to export inquiries across various platforms




• Advise clients on risk mitigation and trade practices
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated content for quality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in export advisory or trade services
• Solid understanding of the Canadian export landscape
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficiency in both English and French
