As an Indigenous Relations Leader at Pinchin, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with Indigenous Nations and organizations. Reporting to the Director of Mining, you will work with business and operational teams to support strategic growth initiatives while ensuring engagement aligns with community values and expectations. This role emphasizes collaboration and advisory support for community-driven project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
• Represent Pinchin at cultural gatherings and community events
• Provide guidance on Indigenous engagement planning and protocols




• Support client presentations and Indigenous participation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of engagement and community interactions

Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience collaborating with Indigenous organizations
• Robust understanding of Indigenous rights and contemporary issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Availability for travel across Western Canada
