We're looking for a hands-on Service Manager who can lead our service department, develop a strong team, and deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back. What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and support the service team to achieve department goals
Oversee daily workflow, repair scheduling, and technician productivity
Create a positive, accountable environment where employees can succeed
Ensure customers receive friendly, honest, and timely service
Monitor department revenue, expenses, efficiency, and profitability
Maintain high standards for repair quality and customer satisfaction
Respond to customer concerns and help find practical solutions
Coordinate staffing, training, inventory, and department resources
Work closely with Parts, Sales,



and dealership leadership to improve the overall customer experience
Identify opportunities to grow the department and strengthen long-term customer relationships
What Success Looks Like Revenue and profitability targets are achieved and exceeded
Expenses are carefully and responsibly managed
Technicians remain productive, engaged, and supported

What We're Looking For Previous leadership or service management experience
Automotive, powersports, agricultural, heavy-duty, or other motorized vehicle experience
Strong financial and operational understanding
A proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Comfort working with service management software and performance reporting
Hands-on mechanical knowledge is considered an asset
A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver's licence
