Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the current Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Prospectus Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the management of Fidelity Investments Canada ULC’s (“FIC”) retail and institutional product distribution process as it relates to new mutual funds, ETFs, renewal and amendment filings, and pooled fund offerings.



The successful candidate will manage all key aspects of FIC’s product launch and renewal processes, including but not limited to the preparation of offering and amendment documents, board materials, material contract amendments, being the key point of contact between FIC Legal and internal business units and external providers, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

The Prospectus Operations Manager will support a team of lawyers, law clerks and legal translators, and will act as the primary liaison between FIC Legal and FIC Retail and Institutional Product and other key internal personnel for new and existing product offering related matters.

Key Accountabilities
Manage Mutual Fund, ETF and Institutional Product Offering Document Processes

Draft offering documents for private and public investment funds and accounts under the supervision of a lawyer

Create filing timetables and work-back schedules, including making sure that business unit inputs to offering documents are received on time

Review and validate product brief information

Manage FIC Legal’s process to initiate and make changes to fund facts documents using an automated system

Liaise with lawyers, the broader FIC business prospectus review team, board operations manager, board of directors, and internal and external translators as it relates to product offering related matters

Oversee and manage the ETF listing application process, including ticker reservations and ongoing maintenance of ticker expiry dates
