Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex health-related employee disability claims
• Develop and implement transitional return-to-work plans
• Adjudicate benefits and maintain claim records




• Participate in arbitration and other legal matters
• Engage in the Attendance support program

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related health field
• At least three years of experience in disability management
• Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Previous experience in unionized healthcare environments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
