We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with technical support experience in a hardware/software environment, excellent communication skills and who can work effectively independently and in a team environment.

What you'll do

Assist the Engineering team in executing comprehensive hardware and product validation activities, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.

Develop structured and repeatable test procedures to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform testing on initial prototypes, including special handling tasks, to evaluate functionality and identify early-stage design issues.

Provide cross-departmental support to Production Test and Marketing teams by supplying technical insights, test results, and product performance data.

Troubleshoot electronic hardware and software components, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.

Conduct firmware verification testing to confirm proper operation, stability, and compliance with product requirements.

Create custom, application-specific configurations for customers, leveraging a deep understanding of product features and intended use cases.





Qualifications

1 to 2 years of technical support experience in a hardware and software setting

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Excellent written and oral communication skills in technical reporting and customer interaction

Work well independently and in team environments

Knowledge of communication protocols such as J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet is considered an asset
