• Direct front desk operations and manage inquiries
• Provide administrative and financial support to the Site Leader
• Maintain records and correspondence accurately




• Facilitate resident transitions and special events
• Oversee financial transactions and safeguard records

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in financial management or similar
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Explicit Criminal Background Check necessary
