As a Registered Nurse in the Supportive Living program, you will provide a range of clinical services tailored to adults and seniors. This role emphasizes your clinical expertise in nursing assessments, case management, and collaboration with healthcare teams to build effective care plans. You will empower clients through education and support, fostering health promotion in a non-institutional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments to identify nursing needs
• Execute IV therapy, wound care, and other clinical interventions




• Develop individualized nursing care plans collaboratively
• Work closely with clients and families for optimal care
• Serve as a clinical consultant to the nursing team

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active practice permit with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification in place
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to transport 25-30 lb medical bags independently
