Become a Site Supervisor/Early Years Facilitator at Wesley, a nonprofit committed to helping families thrive. This permanent, full-time position focuses on creating enriching experiences for children in Hamilton and surrounding areas.

As a dedicated skilled, you will lead the implementation of high-quality programming that nurtures children's development in a safe learning environment. You will focus on engaging with children aged 2-12, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and working collaboratively with families and community partners. Wesley values inclusion and requires all staff to actively participate in EDI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate operations for children’s programs
• Maintain safety and care for all participants




• Implement Ministry of Education's guidelines
• Create engaging programming that caters to children's interests
• Support family engagement and community resources

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years working with children in childcare
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Child Care and Early Years Act (2014)
