As a key leader within the Department of Medicine, the University of Toronto invites applications for the Director, Fellowship Programs. This role requires an Associate or Full Professor to ensure high standards in fellowship training through innovation and educational consistency. You’ll work alongside Fellowship Directors and divisional leaders to cultivate a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the organization and quality of fellowship activities
• Engage with divisional leadership on educational strategies




• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Uphold high standards across fellowship programs
• Provide reports to the Vice Chair for educational oversight

Requirements:
• MD degree plus RCPSC certification eligibility
• Experience in educational leadership in medicine
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
• Background in quality improvement efforts
