Mount Carmel Clinic is looking for a dedicated Childcare Support Assistant to nurture children's development from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Play a vital role in their early learning journey.

As a Childcare Assistant under the guidance of the Program Manager, you'll work collaboratively to deliver tailored programming at the Anne Ross Day Nursery. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that supports positive growth. You will also actively engage in monitoring child behavior and safety measures throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children's developmental programming and learning
• Supervise and engage with children during activities
• Conduct observations for ongoing assessment




• Ensure a secure and clean environment for all
• Manage behavior in accordance with set guidelines

Requirements:
• Manitoba Child Care Assistant Certification required
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• 40-hour Introduction to Early Childhood Care course completion
• Knowledge of child care principles
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
