Wage offered $ 43.5 per hour
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time 30 hours per week, 10 Days of Paid Vacation
Job Duties: Manage employees and delegate tasks and duties.
Recruit employees and supervise their training.
Monitor employee performance and establish work schedules.
Maintain inventory control and keep an eye on revenue and supply shortages.
Set budgets, monitor revenue and expenditures.
Plan, organize and control day to day activities.
Ensure that set goals and deadlines are met in time that complies with company’s plan and vision.
Resolve customer complaints.
Purchase product according to demand and competition.




Monitor employee productivity and operational performance.
Qualifications: Secondary School education is required.
A university degree or college diploma in related field is an asset.
Must be 19+ years old.
Digital marketing and social media experience is an asset.
Experience: minimum 3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience.
Personal suitability: adaptability, positive attitude, client focus, interpersonal awareness, versatile, excellent oral and written communication
Work conditions: Fast-paced, attention to detail and work under pressure.
