In this role, you will ensure the timely flow of compensation for sales and channel teams while functioning within the Xactly platform. Your duties include running the full compensation cycle, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of participant data for audits and reporting. Close collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire sales compensation calculation process
• Investigate and rectify discrepancies before payments




• Reconcile Xactly Incent with other financial systems
• Build and uphold documentation for audit readiness
• Lead all aspects of plan letter administration

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant compensation experience
• Experience in administering Xactly Incent
• Robust reconciliation and investigative skills
• Proficient in advanced Excel techniques
• Expertise in documenting compliance processes
