Become a key player in patient care as a Nephrology Registered Nurse at SJHH, Charlton Campus. This full-time, temporary role offers the opportunity to work on various shifts while caring for patients.

In this position, you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex health needs, adapting your approach to achieve optimal outcomes. Working closely with an inter-qualified team, you’ll deliver specialized care in nephrology and be involved in treatment and patient education efforts. You may also be cross-trained for the renal transplant unit as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer patient-focused clinical care within nephrology
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care




• Educate and support patients and their families
• Participate in managing patient records and treatment plans
• Engage in professional development and training

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in relevant nursing fields preferred
• BCLS/HCP certification mandatory
• Strong patient communication skills
• Willingness to work various shifts
