Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
Develop and implement Now Assist use cases for ITSM and Service Desk operations.
Design and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent and chatbot automation to improve self-service and reduce manual effort.
Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in platform development, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered service automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building ServiceNow solutions, implementing Now Assist use cases,
