Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor daily rounds to assess well-being and safety
• Administer necessary medications under proper protocols
• Oversee the care administered by unlicensed personnel
• Maintain confidential resident information meticulously

Requirements:
• Current LVN/LPN licensure valid in the state
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Basic computer skills or eagerness to learn
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral care is beneficial
