As the Onboarding Project Management Office Lead, you’ll be a pivotal figure at GreenShield, overseeing client onboarding across multiple lines of business. Your role includes guiding project managers, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, and fostering a high-performance team spirit. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor project managers in client onboarding processes
• Ensure effective governance and standardization across projects
• Develop strategic change management plans




• Promote an Agile framework for project delivery
• Provide insights on KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
• PMP certification along with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience in group advantages and insurance
• Bilingual with understanding of Quebec market dynamics
• Proficient analytical and interpersonal skills
