York-Simcoe Brain Injury Services is hiring a dedicated full-time Senior Brain Injury Rehabilitation Worker to support clients with brain injuries. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this role, you will oversee a caseload of nine clients while working collaboratively with professionals in the field. Your mission will be to deliver effective rehabilitation strategies and coordinate long-term support services that enhance quality of life. Previous experience in health or social services is essential for achieving success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement client-focused rehabilitation programs
• Manage nine active client cases weekly
• Work on multidisciplinary team reports




• Support families and staff as a resource
• Conduct daily travel in York Region for client visits

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of social services experience
• Concrete knowledge of ABI effects
• Background in community services for disabilities
• Solid time management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and insurance liability
