Please Note - this is an 18-month Contract role Purpose Reporting to the VP, Strategy and BRM, the Director, Transformation is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of GRECS’ global outsourcing transformation, ensuring the program realizes the financial, operational, service, control and colleague outcomes committed through the approved business case. The role provides enterprise leadership across mobilization, transition, operating model implementation, stabilization, optimization and benefits realization. This includes implementing the retained GRECS organization, governance structures, decision rights, process redesign, provider accountability mechanisms and adoption of the new operating model. The Director is accountable for protecting, measuring and sustaining committed transformation perks, including tracking realized versus committed savings, identifying value leakage, partnering with Finance to validate outcomes and escalating risks or decisions that may impact business case delivery. In this role you will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GRECS’ first-generation outsourcing transformation from mobilization through transition, stabilization, optimization and benefits realization. Translate transformation priorities into integrated plans,



milestones, dependencies, governance routines, executive reporting and decision-making forums. Own benefits realization discipline, including tracking realized versus committed savings, identifying leakage, challenging decisions that erode value and recommending corrective actions. Partner with Finance to validate business case outcomes, quantify variances and support transparent reporting of committed savings and value realization. Coordinate delivery across GRECS, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology, TPRM, HR, Communications, regional teams and the selected provider. Operating Model, Governance and Transition Readiness Lead implementation of the retained GRECS operating model, including accountabilities, decision rights, governance interfaces, process redesign and service delivery handoffs. Establish transformation governance, escalation paths, performance routines and issue management disciplines to drive accountability and timely decisions. Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, supplier, risk, controls, communications and business stakeholder dimensions. Maintain transition playbooks, readiness plans, governance materials, adoption plans and stabilization routines to support consistent execution.
