Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an Incident Management Leader, for one of our key government clients. This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position.

Candidate MUST Have The Following

- A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of dedicated Incident Management experience, including significant experience leading high-urgency incidents within large, complex enterprise environments;
- Demonstrated experience managing incidents affecting high-availability, business-critical systems with significant operational and stakeholder impact;
- Solid experience leading complex incident bridges involving multiple technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, structured, and decisive while leading teams in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations;
- Experience conducting post-incident reviews and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly understand complex technical situations.





Candidate Should Have The Following Demonstrated Experience

- Ability to communicate in both official languages; French and English;
- Supporting Oracle PeopleSoft, preferably within a large-scale payroll, ERP, or similarly complex transactional environment;
- Supporting large government, financial, payroll or other highly regulated and operationally critical systems;
- Holding an ITIL Service Management certification, preferably ITIL 4;
- Working in environments with formal service-level agreements, operational governance, and executive reporting; and
- Working across both application and infrastructure service organizations in a multi-vendor setting.
