Lead community efforts as a Christmas Kettle Coordinator with The Salvation Army this holiday season. This temporary role focuses on operational oversight, scheduling, and volunteer management at local kettle sites.

In this position, you will coordinate various Christmas Kettle locations to maximize donations. Your leadership will ensure proper staffing, security of funds, and seamless operations while working directly with local communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and direct Christmas Kettle operations across locations
• Supervise and train Campaign Workers and volunteers
• Schedule shifts and manage emergency staff coverage




• Ensure kettles are secure and well-stocked
• Communicate with potential donors about SA's mission

Requirements:
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift/move 20-25 lbs
