หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive learning experience

Coordinate and manage class schedules, including make-up classes, and confirm schedules accurately with students, parents, teachers, and related teams

Follow up with students approaching course completion and recommend suitable courses based on their learning needs and goals

Support course renewal and encourage students to continue their learning journey with BLKGEM

Manage classroom schedules and utilization effectively to support both existing and new students

Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate and up-to-date class records

Prepare and manage relevant documents,



including receipts, agreements, and attendance records

Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns from students and parents, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues

Create a positive customer experience that encourages continued enrollment and referrals

Work 5 days per week, with days off that may fall on weekdays and not necessarily Saturday-Sunday

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, Customer Service, Education, or related fields is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude

Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

Passion for working with students and parents

Experience in education, music, entertainment, or academy business is a plus
