Field Technician – Specialized Cleaner (NOC 65311)

About the Position:
North Point Enterprises Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Field Technician (Specialized Cleaner) to join our growing power washing team. The successful candidate will travel to various residential, commercial, and industrial job sites to perform skilled exterior cleaning services while operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Duties:
Perform power washing and pressure washing services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, roofs, gutters, concrete surfaces, and other structures.
Operate pressure washers and other specialized cleaning equipment.
Set up and safely use ladders, boom lifts, forklifts, and skid steers as required.
Apply appropriate cleaning agents and follow safe handling procedures.
Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry standards.
Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies to various job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors.
Perform seasonal snow removal services,



including clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas using hand tools and specialized equipment.
Perform basic landscaping and property maintenance duties, including lawn care, garden bed maintenance, hedge trimming, debris removal, and site clean-up to maintain the appearance of client properties.

Employment Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel to different job sites throughout the workday.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work at heights and safely operate specialized equipment.
Previous experience in power washing, specialized cleaning, construction, or a related field is an asset but not required; training may be provided.
Comfortable with lifting up to 23kg.

The successful candidate must obtain and maintain (or already possess) the following certifications as required by the employer:WHMIS
Fall Protection
Ladder Safety
Skid Steer Operator Certification
Boom Lift Operator Certification
Any additional health and safety certifications required for the position.
