You'll be directed by the Regional Manager to perform inspections, testing, and repairs on cable signals. Providing customer education and maintaining professionalism are pivotal to the role, as you'll be working directly with clients. The role includes working at various heights and requires a commitment to personal and team safety while embracing new tech skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and test cable systems for quality assurance
• Drive to various locations to provide service




• Install and relocate digital boxes and modem connections
• Engaging with customers to explain the work performed
• Document all services provided and ensure closure of service calls

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's licence and suitable driving record
• Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Flexible and willing to learn recent technologies
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
