Under the supervision of the Line Leader, the Baker Mixer’s primary function is to mix raw ingredients according to detailed recipes. Applicants should have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in food production, and be committed to quality control and health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review batch-related documents thoroughly
• Prepare and stage materials for mixing processes
• Operate equipment while adhering to safety standards
• Ensure products meet quality and safety criteria
• Log mix records into the computer system
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with food production is beneficial
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to following food safety and GMP guidelines
