This permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels at customer service. As a Club Lounge Server, you’ll be pivotal in delivering refreshments and addressing the needs of our elite guests. You’ll collaborate with the Concierge to provide tailored recommendations and ensure a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome elite guests and provide exceptional service
• Keep the Lounge clean and fully stocked
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities
• Collaborate with Concierge for guest satisfaction
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Attitude focused on guest satisfaction
