BCI is seeking a Digital Workplace AI and Automation Engineer co-op/intern for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January–August) in Victoria, BC. You will design, build, and operate AI assistants and automation for Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, with hands-on work on Foundry, Anthropic Claude, and Copilot.
You will gain experience in production AI platforms within a regulated financial workplace, including security reviews, DevOps pipelines, and data protection considerations.
