The Associate Librarian will bring innovation to teaching and learning by delivering critical digital and AI literacy instruction at The Michener Institute. This permanent full-time role involves leadership in resource management and collaboration with faculty across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous literacy training
• Design resources for effective AI tool usage




• Lead projects in instructional design and user experience
• Develop LRC website content and manage open access journals
• Conduct research and policy development within the library

Requirements:
• ALA-accredited Master’s degree in library and information sciences
• 2-5 years of professional librarian experience
• Proficient in various library management technologies
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Knowledge of applied health sciences resources
