Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment problems at customer locations
• Create and present detailed repair proposals
• Maintain and complete daily service activity logs

• Perform DOP testing as required

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• 3 years of required service and repair experience; 5 preferred
• Customer service experienced for 3 years; 5 preferred
• Preferred WHMIS, TDG or forklift operation certificates
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
