Working within the Community Resource Centres, the position will improve access to services and provide outreach and programming directly in the community.

The position will implement programs in response to community-identified needs and support the goals and objectives of Nor

West Co-op through all programming. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, required Bachelors degree in social sciences an asset.





Minimum 1-year experience working with community Knowledge of community development and planning experience Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team in a variety of settings Knowledge and experience with diverse cultures and economic backgrounds.

Ability to work well in a community setting.

Experience with social media Experience with program delivery, especially in the youth, food-based or cultural programs.
