Responsibilities Operate a computerized batching system to accurately produce concrete mixes in accordance with specifications and quality standards Manage all aspects of batching operations, including: Product quality: Monitor mix specifications and address issues to maintain consistency Inventory control: Track raw material levels and coordinate replenishment as needed Support production scheduling, planning, and reporting to ensure efficient daily operations Support plant maintenance activities, including routine upkeep, assisting with/scheduling basic repairs, and contributing to the safe and reliable operation of equipment Assist with staff supervision, including coordinating driver schedules and providing operational support as needed Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and wellorganized work environment, prioritizing safety, quality, and production efficiency Other duties as assigned Requirements Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with general plant maintenance (including bending, lifting,
