Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Broker role based in Coquitlam, BC.

The Insurance

Broker will advise clients on personal and ICBC insurance products, recommendations that align with clients’ financial goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing renewals and policy changes.



The role also involves responding to inquiries, resolving client issues, and maintaining accurate documentation within internal systems.

The Insurance

Broker will collaborate with insurers, stay current with industry trends and regulations, and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Insurance Brokerage and Insurance knowledge,
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and handle client concerns professionally.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain), and prior experience in an insurance or financial services role.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Proficiency with office software and insurance systems, and the ability to work effectively in an in office team environment.
