You will own the internal technology environment that Corpshore Canada runs on, and you will be accountable for it working. That covers the Toronto office, the remote workforce across the country, and the systems that delivery teams depend on every shift. Three days in the Toronto office, two remote.

This is a hands-on management role, not a purely supervisory one. You will lead a small team, and you will also be in the console when something breaks at a level your team cannot resolve.

What you will do

Own the internal IT estate across endpoints, identity, network, collaboration platforms and the SaaS portfolio. Lead a team of internal support and systems staff, including their development and performance. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, working closely with Purchasing on renewals and negotiations. Run the onboarding and offboarding technology process, which in a business that hires in cohorts is a genuine operational discipline rather than a checklist. Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and prove they work rather than assume it. Own patching, endpoint hardening and asset lifecycle. Support client security questionnaires and audit responses in partnership with Information Security.



Enforce access controls appropriate to a business handling client personal information under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. Plan and budget the annual technology spend.

What you bring

At least five years in IT operations with at least two managing people or a function. Strong command of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and networking fundamentals. Experience supporting a contact centre or a distributed remote workforce, where uptime is directly a revenue matter. Vendor and contract management experience. English at C1. The judgment to distinguish a real emergency from a loud one.

Nice to have

French. Experience in a BPO, managed services or regulated environment. ITIL certification or equivalent process discipline. Contact centre telephony platforms. Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence gathering.
