Junior Scheduler

This role is intended for an early-career Scheduler to help develop, maintain, and update project schedules that keep work progressing on time. You’ll collaborate with project teams to gather status updates, identify critical-path activities and potential bottlenecks, and prepare clear schedule reports for stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with solid attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to develop their scheduling expertise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Collaborate with project teams to gather progress updates and integrate them into the master schedule.
- Identify schedule logic, critical path activities, and potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related field (internships count!).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Excel.
- Core Traits: Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
