Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
- Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Valuable Experience, reading P&IDs; and other plant plot diagrams.

Duties
- Perform environmental compliance inspections at an oil refinery using air monitoring equipment, and data collectors.
- Supervise and perform Methane Emission management inspection, monitoring, and testing.
- Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections using a flame ionization detector (FID);
- Manage Project Methane Measurement database in line to OMGP2 requirements.
- Maintain identification of LDAR components and piping and instrument diagrams.
- Maintain record keeping on monitoring. Generate maintenance work orders
- Prepare and submit periodic reports. Perform optical gas imaging inspections
- Participate in weekly compliance and safety meetings
