Reporting to the Director of Mining, you will work with business and operational teams to support strategic growth initiatives while ensuring engagement aligns with community values and expectations.

- Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
- Represent Pinchin at cultural gatherings and community events




- Provide guidance on Indigenous engagement planning and protocols
- Support client presentations and Indigenous participation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of engagement and community interactions Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience collaborating with Indigenous organizations
