RESPONSIBILITIES Receive customer order requests by phone and email; Understand and validate customer needs to ensure that all required information is complete; Enter orders into the designated system; Verify the accuracy of information before finalizing orders; Answer customer questions and perform the necessary follow-ups; Perform any other related duties required for the smooth operation of the department.
