We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to support daily front-desk and administrative operations for a real estate and property environment in Ottawa, Ontario.

This Contract position is well suited to someone who brings solid client service skills, sound judgement, and the ability to keep reception activities organized in a fast-paced office.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, coordinate routine office support tasks, and help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace.

Responsibilities: Welcome guests in a courteous manner, respond to general inquiries, and ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate contacts or meeting spaces.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, track packages, and help ensure items are distributed promptly and accurately.

Manage visitor records, call logs,



and access pass procedures while supporting office security protocols and maintaining accurate documentation.

Oversee boardroom bookings, confirm meeting room readiness, and check that presentation or conferencing equipment is available and functioning properly.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as preparing correspondence, typing documents, filing records, photocopying materials, assembling binders, and organizing outgoing mailers.

Handle routine information requests with discretion and maintain orderly records so documents and office details remain accessible and confidential.

Support general reception coverage by answering calls, monitoring front-desk activity, and helping maintain a smooth flow of communication throughout the office.
