Job Summary: The Senior Full Stack Software Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and backend services as part of a multi-year digital modernization program.

The position focuses on transforming legacy monolithic systems into modular, scalable, and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and modern web frameworks.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, maintainable software that supports a future-state home care platform.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, AngularJS, Java

Script, and related technologies.

Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs, modernizing legacy .NET Framework, WCF, Windows Services, and Windows Forms applications.

Build responsive web user interfaces and implement secure authentication using JWT and OAuth2.

Develop high-performance, multithreaded, and asynchronous applications.

Develop, configure, and support Azure cloud services including App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, and monitoring solutions.

Optimize SQL Server databases through complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

Perform application testing, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across application, database, cloud, and infrastructure layers.

Support Dev

Ops and CI/CD processes using Azure Dev

Ops and Git-based source control.

Conduct code reviews ensuring high-quality, maintainable, secure, and well-documented software.

Collaborate with architects,



analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders on technical design and solution delivery.

Contribute to application modernization and migration of legacy systems to modern Azure-based platforms.

Required Skills & Certifications: 10+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Framework 3.5/4.x development including legacy modernization.

Strong expertise in REST API development and security (JWT, OAuth2).

Proficiency with AngularJS, Java

Script, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET MVC; experience migrating AngularJS to modern Angular preferred.

Advanced T-SQL skills including stored procedures, views, triggers, indexing, and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services: App Service, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.

Experience with Azure Dev

Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, Git

Hub, and/or Azure Repos.

Strong skills in multithreaded, asynchronous programming, parallel processing, and performance optimization.

Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities using tools such as KQL, Postman, SoapUI, Swagger/OpenAPI, IIS logs, and monitoring solutions.





Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy applications including ASP.NET Framework, Windows Services, WCF/Web Services, Windows Forms, and IIS-hosted apps.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, code reviews, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with healthcare system integrations and standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect for channel development, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Demonstrated ability in decomposition of monolithic applications into modular services or microservices.

Expertise in solution architecture including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API-first design, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automated testing, and application monitoring within Azure environments.

Experience mentoring developers and strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Public sector experience is preferred.

Special Considerations: Up to 3 days onsite presence may be required, subject to hiring manager discretion.
