Commercial Tire & Fleet Sales Specialist Scotia Tire & Alignment Services Ltd.

Mississauga, Ontario Scotia Tire & Alignment Services is looking for an experienced Commercial Tire & Fleet Sales Specialist to grow and manage commercial fleet business throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.

This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on transportation fleets, commercial trucking, municipal fleets, construction, waste, logistics, and other heavy-duty vehicle operators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, identifying fleet tire opportunities, and delivering complete tire and fleet-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities Develop new commercial fleet accounts through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers.

Build strong relationships with fleet managers, maintenance managers, owners, purchasing teams, and operational decision-makers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tire, retread, alignment, roadside, and fleet-maintenance solutions.

Prepare and present pricing, proposals, fleet programs, and service agreements.

Conduct regular customer visits and fleet reviews.

Identify opportunities to improve customers'' tire cost per kilometre/mile and reduce downtime.

Work closely with dispatch, service, inventory, and operations teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered.

Support national account and network service opportunities.

Follow up on quotes, service issues, opportunities,



and open customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and customer information.

Monitor account profitability, pricing, gross profit, and overall account performance.

Participate in fleet inspections, tire reviews, and customer business reviews where required.

Represent Scotia Tire professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Sales Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and consistent customer activity.

Performance expectations will include: Consistent prospecting and new customer development Regular face-to-face customer visits Ongoing telephone and email follow-up Development of new decision-maker relationships Timely preparation and follow-up of quotations Minimum new account expectations Achievement of annual sales and gross-profit targets Retention and growth of existing commercial accounts Ideal Candidate Commercial tire, trucking, transportation, automotive, heavy-duty, or fleet sales experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of commercial truck tires and fleet operations is an asset.





Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Commercially focused with an understanding of pricing and gross profit.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Robust organizational and follow-up skills.

Valid Ontario driver''s licence and clean driving record.

Comfortable travelling throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.
