Pay: $50$80/hr Role Title: Medical Communications Manager Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are engaging Medical Communications Managers to participate in a customers project focused on developing advanced AI-assisted tools for medical communications and healthcare provider (HCP) engagement.

In this role, you''ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work Task Authoring & Review: Author and review realistic evaluation tasks based on medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical web content to inform AI tool development.

Compliance & Structural Assessment: Apply expert judgment to evaluate whether AI-generated medical communications content complies with scientific accuracy standards, fair balance rules, and audience-appropriate framing (HCPs vs. patient audiences).

Narrative & Messaging Evaluation: Evaluate tone, strategic messaging, clarity, and visual presentation logic in slide decks and educational assets, ensuring complex scientific concepts are accurately communicated without oversimplification.

Source Attribution: Trace claims, infographics,



and slide statements back to underlying scientific literature, trial data, and clinical summaries to ensure complete source data fidelity.

Structured Feedback: Provide clear, structured, and detailed written feedback explaining model successes and deficiencies to help engineers tune model performance.

Framework Refinement: Collaborate with project leads to establish benchmarks, quality rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for Med

Comms content generation.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education (Med

Ed), or Medical Affairs within a specialized agency, biotech/pharma sponsor, or consultancy.

Direct experience creating diverse Med

Comms deliverables, including scientific slide decks, advisory board summaries, medical education modules, and web/digital content.

Solid understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific platform alignment, and regulatory/compliance constraints regarding HCP and patient communications.

Ability to review visual and textual content holistically, ensuring both data integrity and audience engagement.

Exceptional written communication skills with experience providing structured critique and editorial guidance.

Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc) or equivalent skilled industry experience.

Broad therapeutic exposure; experience in oncology, neurology, or cardiology is highly desirable.
