Select People Solutions is searching for a Senior Construction Manager to join our clients team in the commercial construction sector.

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from pre-construction through completion while ensuring projects meet expectations for quality, schedule, safety, and financial performance.

and regulatory standards are met Work closely with senior leadership on estimating, resource planning, process improvements, and operational strategies that support continued growth and project success Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of progressive construction experience, with significant experience managing commercial construction projects Proven experience leading complex projects and providing oversight across multiple active construction sites or project teams Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, contracts, drawings, specifications, estimating, and project controls Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, change orders, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring Project Managers, Superintendents, and other construction professionals Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment Strong working knowledge of construction management systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Valid Drivers Licence, clean driving abstract, and ability to travel to project sites as required Bonus Points For: Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline PMP designation, or other relevant construction/project management credentials Experience with design-build commercial construction Experience contributing to pre-construction, estimating, and business development activities Established knowledge of the Southern Alberta commercial construction market Right People.
